Delete your SAGA account

How to request deletion

1. Write from the email address associated with your account to hola@duovia.cat.
2. Use the subject Delete my SAGA account and include your username. Do not include your password.
3. If necessary, we will ask you to confirm from that same email address to prevent someone else from deleting your account.

Request deletion by email

We will acknowledge receipt and complete the request within a maximum of 30 days.

Data that is deleted

• Email address, username, avatar and sign-in credentials.
• Active sessions and authorisations linked to the account.
• Chat messages and game data that can directly identify the account.

Deletion is permanent: the account and its progress cannot be recovered.

Data that may be retained

Match results and aggregate statistics may be retained in anonymised form, without email or username. Technical and security logs may be kept for up to 90 days before deletion.

If a legal obligation requires information to be retained for longer, access will be restricted and it will be kept only for the applicable statutory period.
